Your payment information is secured and encrypted via Stripe.com, our chosen payment gateway. We do not hold any payment information on our servers.

Product information
We have made our best efforts to ensure that all information pertaining to the product, with regards to the colours, materials, and construction/fabrication is accurate as per our knowledge. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Products you purchase may vary slightly from those images. 

Delivery
As all items are made to order, your order will usually be dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order. The expected delivery time for most products within the UK is 3 business days. Wildcat Canyon is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We provide shipping within the UK, European Union & most international countries. 

For international orders, please liaise with your local country customs and excise department for clarity on extra costs for import.

Payment

Payments are taken via our payment gateway, Stripe.com. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept, cash, cheque or other forms of payment. 

Product availability
Some products may be unavailable despite being marked as available on our site. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order and refund the customer accordingly. We will however make every effort to ensure that our stock availability corresponds with our supplier as closely as possible.
